The Drouin Boarding Cattery has been in existence for over 30 years, offering boarding accommodation and care for cats. The cattery is situated on a hobby farm in the rural residential area, about 7.5km from the township of Drouin.
Owners, Will Handover and Heidi Bosch took ownership of The Drouin Boarding Cattery in 2009. Will manages the cattery and Heidi manages the administration.
Will has over 40 years of experience in the animal industry. As a boy in Singapore, Will grew up living with his aunt and uncle, who managed the RSPCA boarding kennels and cattery. Not only did he learn about dogs and cats, he had the most amazing opportunity, to also learn about monkeys, ducks, goats, birds, tortoises, guppies and pet mice. As a young adult his career took him far and wide, to England and America where he managed kennels and showed dogs professionally.
Heidi enjoys the company of her own menagerie, donkeys, goat, alpaccas, dogs and cats. She enjoys studying and teaching and she runs a counselling business from home.
